Return & Refund Policy

At The Tickle Box, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the intimate nature of many of the products we sell, certain restrictions apply to returns and exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons.

 

Returns and Exchanges

For health, safety, and sanitary reasons, The Tickle Box cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any item that has been opened, used, worn, or removed from its original sealed packaging.

Products sold by The Tickle Box are considered intimate personal-use products and cannot be resold once opened.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

 

Defective Merchandise

If you receive an item that is defective due to a manufacturing defect or workmanship issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help expedite your claim, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the defect, if applicable

Once the defect has been verified, we will provide one of the following remedies at our discretion:

  • Replacement of the same item

  • A comparable replacement item

  • Store credit

  • Refund if a replacement is unavailable

Many products also include manufacturer warranties that extend beyond our initial support period. We are happy to assist customers in contacting the manufacturer when applicable.

 

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or if you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged packaging or product

  • Details regarding the issue

Failure to report shipping damage or incorrect shipments within this timeframe may limit our ability to provide a resolution.

 

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure prompt shipping.

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once processing has begun.

 

Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

Packages returned to The Tickle Box because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to:

  • A 20% restocking and processing fee

  • Additional shipping charges for reshipment

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Refused Deliveries

Orders refused at delivery and returned to us may be treated as undeliverable shipments and may be subject to applicable restocking fees and non-refundable shipping charges.

 

Discreet Shipping

Your privacy is important to us.

All orders from The Tickle Box are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no indication of the contents or company name on the outside of the package whenever possible.
